Mon - 10:30am Kick Start 30 minute class
(30 minute aerobic workout combined with a gym workout)

Mon - 6:30pm Spin & Tone 60 minute class
(a dynamic, stationery, group cycling class. Taught on specially designed bikes with motivational music this class offers a complete cardiovascular training programme)

Tue - 7:00pm Khai Bo 60 minute class
(this class offers the ultimate cardiovascular challange. Utilising Martial Arts Movements in easy to learn combinations)
